The new Monte Carlo movie with Selena Gomez is amazing. It’s a great movie for mothers and daughters to go see together. I went to see it with my mom and my little sister. Selena Gomez plays two characters in the movie, Grace and Cordelia Winthrop Scott. Grace is a farm girl from Texas that finely gets to go on an adventure to Paris with her best friend and step-sister. Cordelia (the heiress) is demanding, unkind and thinks of nobody but herself.

When Grace gets to Paris she is mistaken for Cordelia and is sent to Monte Carlo to attend a charity ball in her honor. Nobody notices that Grace is pretending to be Cordelia besides Cordelia’s aunt, whom let’s Grace be Cordelia so that Grace can fix Cordelia’s reputation. When Cordelia shows up unexpectedly she finds that Grace has been in her place the whole time. Let’s just say she was not too happy…
