“I’ve made those turns more times than I can count, never putting much thought into it. March 9th was the day I wrecked my car – wrapping it around a mailbox. It had been raining that day and I took a sharp turn a little too fast with bad tires and broke traction. March 9th was one of the scariest days of my life.” -Ryan, 12th
Every year my photography class does this project called Humans of Legacy. Each student photographer chooses another student from our school to capture their story through our lens. The point is to tell their story in their natural habitat, usually not a photo from school.
This year I chose my friend Ryan, who recently wrecked his car. After talking with my teacher we decided to go black and white to help capture the sad emotion from his event.
