Helpful Tips to Drink More Water
Drink Infused Water – I like to add lemons and limes to my water to give it a little more flavor. You can also add your favorite berries as well.
Drink From a Straw – I found that if I used a straw in my water I tend to drink my water at a faster rate.
Get A Fun Water Bottle – Drinking from boring plastic water bottles is drab, plus not as healthy or sustainable. Get a fun colorful glass bottle that you look forward to using every day.
