Today, for fun we checked into a hotel to go swimming. It had an indoor pool so the water wasn’t cold. I had so much fun doing cannonballs in the water and hanging out with my brother and sister.
On the bottom of the pool there was a tile shark. Which was kinda scary when your swimming and you look down and you see it. There was also a hot tub and when you put on the jets it made bubbles. The bubbles were so intense my mom thought that someone put soap in it at one point.

A couple of weeks ago I got my very first pair of Toms!! I love them so much, they are amazing! I also like that their slogan is One For One. Meaning for every pair you buy, a pair is donated to a child who needs them.
That makes me want to go out and buy a whole bunch just so I know that kids in need are getting some too. Before I got my Toms I thought that they would hurt my feel because they are really flat and they don’t really look all too comfy, but they turned out to be really comfortable. I wear mine almost every day. When you buy a pair of Toms you also get a sticker and a flag/bag. I put my sticker on my laptop and I’m using my flag/bag as my pencil case for school.
I will be attending Leadership Camp at Sky Ranch again for the second year. I will be leaving for camp in 2 days!! I’m so excited because I had such an amazing time last year. I’m really excited to do paintball and go horseback riding. I also can’t wait to rock climb and go on the zip line. Leadership Camp lasts from Thursday through Sunday.
Then it’s spring break and I’m out for a week! I’m going to have so much fun. I’m a little sad though that I’m not going to get to see all my friends until after spring break is over, because Thursday morning I leave so I miss school that day and Friday which is the last day of school. I’m a little sad because this is the last year that I will be in Junior Cadet Corps, although next year I will be in JROTC!
I am really excited because this year I get to be a part of the yearbook staff. Not just on the staff, I am Co-Editor in Chief! I am so excited because I get to be the second in charge besides the teacher. 
Yearbook is a very important thing to me because it’s like middle school journalism and I really want to take journalism next year in high school. One thing that got me motivated into being on the yearbook staff was because last year our yearbook was really bad! It looked just like the year before. So I decided that I wanted some input as to what is going to happen with my last middle school yearbook.
For the yearbook we already have the theme and the name of the book. I can’t reveal too much because I know that some of the people who read this go to my school. We are keeping the theme a secret so that when we get the books it will be a surprise. School has become so technological, besides the regular process of buy your yearbook at a table during school you can now even buy it online!
